Repayment of SDLT

Dear Sir/Madam, Wishing you a Happy New Year 2024 and blessed year ahead. I applied online for repayment of SDLT on 18 Oct 2023, which is about 51 working days, with no response, but your auto-reply email said that we may receive a response within 35 days. Is there any way I can check for the status? Thank you.
