Own property in Philippines but do not earn income on it

As a UK citizen, if I've built a house in the Philippines and I do not rent it out (i.e. do not earn any income from it), do I have to declare the property to the UK?

Thank you for your question.
As you do not receive any income from your property, you do not have to report this to HMRC.
However, should you sell the property , any profit made will be subject to Capital Gains Tax.
