Rental property income

My partner (not married) owns a mortgage free rental property completely in her name but funds are being paid monthly into our joint bank account. Should both of us be completing a self assessment return?

Thank you for your question. If the property is in your partner's name only and the income received is solely theirs, then you will not need to complete a return, just your partner .  Thank you .
