My title deeds regarding my purchase of my home and changing the change of ownership. The home is still registered in the name of the person I purchased it from after I sent them off to the Inland Revenue as they wanted proof that I owned a property. There was a stamp duty outstanding from the sale of my house in Cornwall. At the time I was unable to pay it so the change of ownership didn't happen. I now want to sell and need the title deeds in my name. I am desperate to get this sorted!
