IHT and Income Tax paid for a deceased person's estate

Hi, I would like to ask you about a Deceased person's Estate on which IHT, Income Tax and all other obligations have been met by the Executor. The Estate has also been registered at TSR. Could you guide me what is the timeline or events needed by HMRC to complete until the Estate can be finalized/distributed? Is there a way to get information by HMRC over the phone or in writing for a specific estate?
