How long it will take to receieve NRL approval Number?

I am a non-UK resident landlord, and I have posted my NRL1 from in Sep of 2023 but it have been several months past, that my angent is telling me they have not yet receieved my NRL Approval Number. Could you help to let me know how long it will take?

You are best advised to ring the NRL Helpline direct on 03000 516644 for the likely timescale.
