£1000 Trading allowance- pay family to maintain BTL

Is there anything stopping my family (distant cousin) from become the property manager to my BTL property. They would be invoicing me £1000 per year and would be responsible for answering tenant queries, painting, speaking to trades etc

I would advise that in this situation taking into account the information given in your previous question, that if your family member were to become the property manager of your BTL property, they may use the £1,000 Trading income allowance to offset against the income received.
