Rent-a-room

I rent a furnished room in my primary residence in the UK. My understanding is that is it not in scope for self-assessment. I receive less than £7,500 per year. Do I tick yes or no on the following self-assessment question? "Did you receive income from UK land and/or property (including income from foreign property) over £1,000? Please check help before selecting"

At the start of the Property page there are questions which asks if you are claiming Rent a Room relief.
