Hi, I wanted to get some confirmation my thinking is correct. I currently own a BTL property let on an AST, along with my main residence. I wanted to confirm that if I was to move my main residence that I would be not liable for the additional 3% SDLT on the transaction. I have previously lived in my investment property (7 years ago) however, I have no intention of ever returning to live in the property as is solely an investment. The investment property has always been let on an AST since I left the property. If any further clarification is needed please let me know Many thanks
