Non Resident Land Lord Change of Tenant

Hello, I am registered in the non resident landlords scheme but I have just had a change of tenant. Is the a way of informing the tax office other than by phone (as I am having problems getting through).

If the new tenant does not have a letting agent you should write to HMRC with details of the new tenant:
