Unable to return obligation data from HMRC Making Tax Digital API

Good day, I would like to submit my VAT return trough the software, but the software is unable to connect with HMRC. I receive the following message: Unable to return obligation data from HMRC's Making Tax Digital API. This may be because you need to register yourself, or your client, with HMRC for the appropriate Making Tax Digital service. I do have a Government Gateway ID. In my HMRC account I can view my VAT registration details. What could be the issue that i am receiving this error? Kind regards, Melvin
