This is our first return for this financial year so the programme and data file are new. Normally the linking between the HMRC and moneysoft goes well. This time, I have signed into the gov gateway and requested authorisation for money manager to file my returns. The error I get is on the HMRC website and is as follows "This page can’t be found. Please check that you have entered the correct web address." I have checked for updates on the software and none are required. Is this a temporary issue, one related to the HMRC portal or the software? thanks

It could be the software so I would contact them firstly.

If they can't resolve the issue then contact our VAT team, so that we can identify any issues our side with your online account.
