Return is not showing on the system

2 days ago I submitted my return via my accounting software, the same as I have done quarterly over the past 12 months. However, looking on my HMRC account it does not appear to have been received. If I try to do it again through the software, the HMRC side of things says it is still required, but if I try to upload it again it just produces zeros for all boxes suggesting the info has indeed already been transferred. Could someone tell me if there is a problem with the system or does it simply take a few days to show up? I don't recall this happening before. Mark
