A flag was put on my account as 'insolvent' which was totally wrong. I asked for it to be removed along with a duplicate gateway account. The flag was removed but so was the online digital account so I cannot reauthorise. I can't even generate a VAT return in Sage software without reauthorising the MTD account. I have been backwards and forwards between VAT online services and VAT enquiries who now say it could take up to 20 days to reinstate. This is the second time this has happened. As a repayment trader this is having a negative impact on our cashflow. Going round in circles.
