Voluntary contributions paid 16 weeks ago not updated

I paid my class 2 voluntary contributions 13/5/24. A few weeks ago I phoned UK from Australia and spoke to person who was hard to understand. I think he said that he would send message to another department for funds to be allocated for year 23/24. When I asked for time frame for this to be updated I think he responded February 2025? Can you please confirm this. In the past when I have made contributions this has always been updated within 6-8 weeks.

It’s currently taking about 22 weeks from an individual making their payment of voluntary National Insurance contributions to it being recorded on their Personal Tax Account.
