I have been trying to get my pension correct since 2006. Two trips to Royal Courts of Justice a farce in 2014 and 2016. Now in 2024 my pension has “ changed” backdated to 2009 but no reason given I have written three times but have only received eleven different tax codes and two tax bills Does ANY ONE ever get a reply when it is HMRC maladministration I even tried asking for a SAR under the data protection Act but NOTHING Any advice ?

Hi,
Unfortunately we can only comment on the SAR's request as we do not have access to your personal information on this forum.
Normally you should have a response within 28 days for SARs but they have to be submitted in writing. The link provided below explains the steps you can take.
Make a subject access request to HMRC
Thank you.
