Hi, at the next payment for voluntary contributions national insurance class 3 through the HMRS_NICO_TELEPHONE BANKING ACC. N_12001004, SORT_083220 I encountered a problem. On 22 June 2023 I sent the amount of £801 without 18 characters Reference code. The problem is that your employees cannot find this money transfer. I received an official response from my bank that the transfer was sent and credited to the recipient's account. After calling you five times, I received help only in words. In July, December 2023 I sent you letters with all bank transfers, documents - still no response. Please point me to people in your organization who understand how to do this. I look forward to your reply. Regards Aleksandras Vijeckis.

Hi,
We apologise for the problems that you’ve experienced regarding your payment of voluntary National Insurance contributions.
If you could call our National Insurance Helpline on 0300 200 3500 (from the UK) or +44 191 2037010 (from overseas) then they will be able to take your payment details from you (such as your bank account number and sort code number) and arrange for your payment to be traced.
I note that you sent your payment without an 18 Digit Reference Number which will be why your payment is not yet recorded on your National Insurance account.
As you’ve sent your payment details to us already in July and December 2023 then our Helpline will be able to see what action our International Teams have done and be able to help you further.
Thank you.

Hello, I am glad that your bot has noticed my letter, but it has not yet understood the request. I want to repeat: I ask for the contacts of a SPECIALIST WHO CAN FIND MY MONEY THAT YOU RECEIVED A YEAR AGO. I have already had the pleasure of communicating with your people 5 times with the result "0" and a year has already passed since my documents were sent to you by Royal Mail. I am very ashamed that I, as a taxpayer, pay your salary. I reserve the right to inform any authorities about your work, up to and incluгding a lawsuit.
