I have been sent form IPC SU 117 to complete. It is "version" 05/22. The entire document is 4 pages. One page includes the table to fill out, name, address, NI number, phone number. However, there is no place to sign! This is strange cos on the first page of the document, it says "you must sign this form yourself". As mentioned above, I have "version" 05/22. Now there also exists a "version" 05/14 - I assume this one is older - and on 05/14 there is indeed a place to sign. So I am a bit confused now.......Have I got the right form (IPC SU 117 05/22) and why is it saying "you must sign" when there is no place to sign? Any ideas please?

Hi,

As the IPC SU117 form is issued by DWP, you will need to contact them for advice. You can find contact details for the International Pension Centre below.

Well sorry but this is a hopeless reply. I have to send the form to HMRC so surely you are familiar with it and the person processing my form will be looking for my signature on it? Oh well.
