Hello, I paid for several years of voluntary national insurance contributions and the cheque cleared at the start of March and my online record has not been updated. Is is normal for a delay of this length?

Hi,
We apologise that your payment has not been allocated to your National Insurance account yet.
 If you could call our National Insurance Helpline on 0300 200 3500 (from the UK) or +44 191 2037010 (from overseas) then they will be able to allocate your payment straight away.  
If you could have details of your payment handy when you call then this would be helpful.
