State Pension Forecast - Registration

Hi, I live overseas and am trying to find out my State Pension Forecast. I have successfully registered for the Government Gateway. However, when I try and accesss the Forecast page and enter my NINO to confirm, it takes me to a page saying 'Has this person died?'. I can assure you I haven't. What should I do?

If you call The Pension Service, they will be able to arrange for a State Pension Forecast to be issued to you.
