Hello, I’m currently an international student on a student visa in the UK. As part of my application I had to pay IHS but I’ve since then been reimbursed as I have a European Insurance Health Card. My problem is : I want now to work as self-employed, do I have to pay IHS again even if I make less than the threshold required to pay taxes ? Also, in case I don‘t work in the UK can I cancel my application for a NIN ? Thanks.
