I’m posting on behalf of my friend, who holds a 5-year BNO visa. When she applied for the visa, she only paid the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) for 2.5 years. Now, after 2.5 years have passed, she is concerned about whether she needs to pay the remaining IHS for the next 2.5 years. She reached out to the Home Office, and they informed her that no further IHS payment is required for the remainder of the visa period. However, she remains worried that this might be an error and that she could be asked to pay later or face penalties. Can anyone advise on whether there’s a way to ensure this is properly settled? Is there an official process or institution she should contact to clarify this situation or make the payment proactively if necessary? Thank you in advance for your help.

May I know who is the right contact point since I've reached UKVI and IHS but can't get the answer as well.
