This is from a person living in the EU to pay the voluntary 3 NI using the UK account. The HMRC bank account stated in the letter I received in April 2024 was Sort Code 20 20 48 - Account Number 30944793. However, when I checked the website (https://www.gov.uk/pay-voluntary-class-3-national-insurance/make-online-or-telephone-bank-transfer) today (04/03/2025), the bank account detail is different (Sort Code 08 32 20 / Account Number 12001004) from the letter. Has HMRC changed the bank account? My question is which account I should send the payment to? 30944793 as stated on the letter or 12001004 as on the website?

Thank you for the reply, HMRC Admin 19. So I should use this one; sort code - 08 32 20, account number - 12001004. Correct? Regarding the PAYMENT REFERENCE, shall I continue using "National Insurance number followed by ‘IC’, surname then initial." as I have done before (I am living abroad)?
