CF83 Cover Letter

I omitted to enclose a cover letter with CF83 application a few months ago. Should I re apply with cover letter please?

Hi Cherry McNamee,
If there is some information that you would like us to take into account when we look at your CF83 application form, then please forward the letter to us.
When we deal with your CF83 form we will see your letter and include the details that you will have provided.
