Incorrect middle name

Good afternoon, I have recently used my physical paper sheet national insurance number and noticed that my middle name has been spelt incorrectly on it. I also downloaded the HMRC App and my middle name is also spelt incorrectly on this. Is there a way I am able to correct this? Thank you.
