Hi! I am working for a company based on Hong Kong, and so I have already applied a PAYE (DCNI) account for reporting my own NI. However, my boss (the company owner) immigrated to the UK as well, while the company official registration address and the business (customers and profit) are still in Hong Kong. Do my PAYE status or any setting have to be change due to the company owner moved to the UK? Thank you

Hi,

If the company is still based in the Hong Kong and has no premises or place of business in the UK then you should be able to remain as a DCNI scheme.

Thank you.
