No reply on paying gap years .

Hi I sent a CF83 completed form to yr office in PT operations north east England about 3 months ago regarding my future pension and paying gap years , I’ve had no reply or any correspondence. Is there any offices we can make an appointment to talk to some one in the UK ? . my husband sent one at the same time and we living in the Republic of Ireland and at a loss what to do next . I can never get through on your telephone lines and I know there is a cut off by next April 2025 . Thank you .

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a face to face appointment service.
Our international caseworkers are currently working postal requests received 7 November 2023.
You will not be at fault if we process your application after the April 2025 deadline, this is because we review the application from the date it was received, not the date we process it.
