Lost access to online tracking of CF83 due to problem with 2FA app

I have lost access to the online tracking of my CF83 application due to an issue with my two-factor authentication app. I need to check the progress of my application but cannot provide the required UK-based documentation to prove my identity, as I am Irish and live in Ireland. Is there an alternative method for re-authentication that would allow me to track my progress? Calling is not a viable option for me as the wait times are too long, and I am calling from abroad.

Without any National Insurance Number details, sadly we cannot check the progress of the case here. However we would recommend the HMRC App or Gov.uk Government Gateway Personal tax account: sign in or set up to try and resolve the identity issue.
