I’ve been unemployed since August 2024 and when I’ve applied for JSA, I received a letter saying that my tax contributions for the past year were insufficient, so I was not entitled to receive the benefit. After speaking with agents from several related departments (HRMC, NIN, Tax Office…), it was mentioned that I had a duplicate National Insurance Number. I really would like to have this situation sorted ASAP, so I can receive my JSA payments. Please, help!
