Missing National Insurance Credits

Hi, I’m missing National Insurance Credits from my record due to severe illness and working under the LEL of pay. On WTC and CTC Can anyone please help me find DWP for Northern Ireland? As none exists officially as all mail comes from the Department for Communities. Please can someone help me get a number for them? I’m going insane asking where are my NI Credits due to illnesses.Which is why I need help for tracking down this secretive DWP for Northern Ireland. Thank you in advance.

At HMRC we do not have a contact number for DWP in Northern Ireland for queries regarding missing credits.
There is a NI Direct Government Services website which provides useful information for customers living in Northern Ireland:

However, the correct action for you to take regarding your missing Working Tax Credit National Insurance credits, would be to contact HMRC on 0300 200 3500 and we will investigate this for you. Lines are open from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
