No firstname in BRP (Kindly advise)

Hi In my Passport I don't have surname i have my full name in the Given names (Arun Mapranathukaran Anthony) so i left Surname area empty while applying for skilled worker visa now the problem is that my BRP card shows no First name ( its empty ) instead my surname shows : Arun Mapranathukaran Anthony ( my given name in passport) due to which i am not able to login to some online platform for childcare free hours what should i do to get it corrected Should I correct my BRP to have both my First name and surname to be the same? as i dont have surname in passport so my first name and surname will be Arun Mapranathukaran Anthony / Arun Mapranathukaran Anthony kindly advise thanks in advance
