NI record not updated following payment.

I sent a cheque for the final payment of my voluntary contributions ( I had accidentally cancelled my DD too early) and it cleared my bank at the beginning of February. My NI record still says year is not complete. How long should it take and does this mean there is a problem? Many thanks.
