My wife (German) and I (Canadian) lived in the UK for nine years during the 1990s and then moved to Canada. We will retire in the next few years and understand that Canada and UK have a reciprocal tax agreement which will allow us to get credit for years worked in the UK towards our Canadian pension. Can you please tell me how I would request proof of tax payments as proof for the Canadian Government?

Hi,

This would be your P60 information that is supplied by your employer. If you no longer have this, you will need to write in for details.
