The updating of the address was failed. The GOV.UK ID Check mobile app could not be sued as the passport was in old version, it could not be scanned via mobile phone. So a second method to prove identity was used. However, it was unable to "Enter details about your documents and records online". Of the 3 items that to prove the identity (of which it must to select 2 items for proving identity). UK driving licence was used (as do not have UK passport), So credit reference questions were also used, however, the website was unable to recognise the answers. Hence, can you please advise how to update the address details for the national insurance record.
