Voluntary contributions for part yr

I need to pay 7weeks of VC's to fill up to full state pension but cant find any web site/advice on how to do that. Can anybody point me in the right direction or do I need to speak to the "Pension centre" as 1st step ?

Before applying to pay voluntary National Insurance contributions you may wish to check your current and future entitlement to a British State Pension.
