I have been paying a direct debit for many years for class 2 (abroad) but I have changed banks and need to change my DD mandate. I have read that I need to complete a new CF83 online but the form is quite massive and NI already has all this information. Do I really need to complete it all over again. Is it better to post a form with my new DD details. Please advise.

Hi Elaine,
Yes, unfortunately you must fill in a new CF83 application form if you are paying to us by direct debit and wish to change bank account.
