I registerd for NI and it was sent but i moved away from the place i was staying so i reapplied and it's been 3 weeks and i haven't gotten my NI what should i do?

Hi,
It is not clear from your enquiry if you actually have a National Insurance number (NINO) or not.
HMRC do not issue NINO’s.
Applications for NINO’s are dealt with by the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) and it is them who issue NINO.'s
Their telephone number is 0800 141 2079.
If you have not received a reply, we suggest you call both DWP on 0800 141 2079 and also the NI helpline on 0300 200 3500.
