Hi, I live abroad and with to make voluntary national contributions. I completed an online CF83 form on 10/09/2024 which now in my 'Your submitted forms' section says has now been 'completed'. I have however received no emails or correspondence regarding the completed form. I suppose a written form might be sent to me regarding it but still am unsure if simply the application has been rejected or not. Can someone please provide help so as I can move the application forward, Many thanks, Luke

You may wish to call the National Insurance Helpline on 0300 200 3500 (from the UK) or +44 191 2037010 (from overseas) and they will be able to check whether it has been received.
