Hi I've been paying voluntary Class 2 contributions for several years, after completing the CF83, as I am an overseas resident. Last tax year, I never received my annual notification of payment details by post as I usually do. My contact details are correct, I have called your office and the staff say that it's been sent twice to the correct postal address. You cannot send this by secure email. What else can I do to get this? I have no idea why I suddenly have issues receiving your correspondence when it's been fine for years. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hi tonias,
As you have advised that the annual request for payment for voluntary Class 2 National Insurance contributions was issued to you for the 2022-2023 tax year, we can confirm that you may pay this without actually having the request.
If you wish to pay for the 2022-2023 tax year then the amount required is £163.80 and details of our bank details and reference number to use can be found here:
Pay Class 2 National Insurance if you do not pay through Self Assessment
Thank you.
