Hello, Our son got accepted to a UK University and needs to apply for a visa. We need to pay the healthcare surcharge for his 4 years of study. We are encountering technical difficulties, the payment from both our Belgian VISA and debit cards gets declined despite the fact that our bank has assured us it was authorised by them. Apparently there is some incompatibility between them and some of the British payment processing platforms. We have been trying via PayPal, but they have momentarily locked our account, as the transaction seemed suspicious. Is there anyway to pay the surcharge via bank transfer? Do you see any way to unblock this situation? We are running out of options. Thank you very much indeed.
