Was looking at my NI record and it shows 35 full years. For some of this time i was contracted out with a teachers pension should they show as full years or part years

Without being able to check your record we are unable to give a definitive reply.  
Please contact the NI helpline on 0300 200 3500. Lines are open 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday.
When calling you should specify that your query is concerning contracted out National Insurance contributions.
