My wife is a EU National ( Dutch) has lived in UK since Nov 2016. She has not been working in UK at all ( with three babies), . She is planning to settle in UK and not return to the Netherlands. We would like to check if she is: 1) Entitled to make Voluntary national insurance contribution to buy back her NI gap for the state pension purposed. 2) If she is entitled, what form(s) she would need to fill in Thank you for your help

Hi Edwin,
Before deciding to pay voluntary National Insurance contributions, your wife may wish to obtain a State Pension Forecast via Check your State Pension forecast
The Forecast will detail her current and future entitlement to a UK State Pension.
If, after she’s received the Forecast, she would like to pay voluntary contributions then she should call our National Insurance Helpline:
on 0300 200 3500 and they will be able to advise her on how to make payment.
Thank you.
