CF83 Ordinary Resident Question

In the new CF83 form (paper or online), Q13 asks "Were you ordinarily resident in the UK before you left to live or work abroad?". What is the impact of answering 'No' to this question?

Hi PAUL O'DONOGHUE,
There are many different factors that need to be considered when processing the CF83 application.
Therefore we cannot advise what the impact would be if your answer to that question was no, without taken all of the other factors into consideration.
