I have paid 4 years voluntary contributions of class 3 (once in December 2022 for period 2020 to 2022, second time in April 2024 for period 2022 to 2024). On my account it shows only payment from 2024. Its strange because 2 weeks ago the payments from 2022 was in full. Can I send confirmations of my payments from bank account to anybody to correct errors? Best regards, Andrzej

We should be able to resolve this quickly over the telephone if you contact our National Insurance team.

However, the area that would deal with your written enquiry are currently dealing with work received on 21 January 2024.
