Missing voluntary contributions

I paid voluntary class 2 NI contributions on 24th January 2024 for 2022/3 Tax year. This year is still showing as not full and saying we are checking this year to see if it counts towards your pension. I did the same this year for 2023/4 and that is showing on my record. What could the problem be?
