I have recently turned 67 and wish to claim my pension. I worked in the UK between 1972-1983 and paid a total of 8 years of N.I. contributions during this period. I have not worked in the UK since 1983 and have been living overseas mostly since then. I wish to pay additional contributions to make up the 10 years I need to claim pension. How do I go about doing that please?

Hi,

If you could call The Pension Service they will be able to advise you of any tax years that you may pay that will increase your entitlement to a UK State Pension.
