I paid a voluntary NI contribution in January and received email confirmation etc, but it still isn't showing on my records. I have called the helpline several times and was told that because I had paid using my class 2 reference number it had to be transferred over. I called back in June to be told that based on the timescale at that time it would most likely show by the end of June. Called again around September time and was told it needed to be transferred over from my Class 2 account and would be done as a matter of urgency, Now December and still hasn't been done. Just called your helpline, took 45 minutes to answer then got told they would transfer me and guess what, I got cut off! Please can you let me have an address so that I can write with all the details I have and get this sorted once and for all. Thank you
