Have made a mistake in a CF83 form submitted in April 2023 - living in Ireland since 1989

Hello, I submitted a CF83 form in April 2023. I have 6 years of NI contributions on my record. I have lived in Ireland since 1989. I did not fully complete question 4 as I was unsure about how to correctly complete it (i have worked as self-employed and as an employee in Ireland). Do I need to re-submit a new form or can I upload the missing material? I see that my application is 'in process'. I would be grateful for any advice. Thank you in advance.
