Dear Sir, We are currently assisting a client who is a non-UK resident based in Hong Kong and we require her National Insurance Number. Unfortunately, she is unable to locate it. When attempting to apply online, she is being prompted to enter her last address using a postcode. As her address in Hong Kong does not have a postcode, she is unable to proceed with the application. Is there an alternative method such as a paper application that she can download online Thank you for your assistance.

Hi,

Your client may download our form CA5403 via GOV.UK and post it back to us. We’ll then be able to trace for her National Insurance Number and post it out to her. She may also call our National Insurance Helpline on 0300 200 3500 (from the UK) or +44 191 2037010 (from overseas) and they will be able to trace for her National Insurance Number and post it out to her, they will not quote it over the phone to her.

Thank you.
