In June I paid some voluntary contributions. I was advised that it would take up to 8 weeks to update my records. whilst it has only been 4 weeks I wanted to check some of the calcuations but every time I try to log into the yearly records page it says it is not available. Anybody know if the system goes offline until the voluntary payment has been applied or have I got an issue? My wife who hasnt yet made any voluntary contributions can still access her records so I can rule out browser issues Many thanks

The issue accessing information on your personal tax account will not be linked to you paying voluntary contributions awaiting allocation. You will need to contact our online services team if the issue persists.
